The flagship of our product line, we dedicated this design to serve the end-user with the fastest, most accurate power train available to date. . . linear motors. A magnetic field hurls our end-of-arm tooling to its destination with a repeatable accuracy of .0008 and at 2.0 to 3.0 g's of force rating with as much as a 500 lb. load limits. Utilizing common programming language, amplifiers, and controls, there are no moving parts to wear other than the rail guide bearings that track the motor's movement. A floor mounted system, this machine can generate speeds as noted, while further reducing IML penalties, sometimes by half, and still retrieving parts whether the mold is single face or stack in- configuration. An electro-static charging processor "zaps" the label in place without need of vacuum or contact with the tool. Modular in design and mounted within our pick pad device, the generator can produce up to 50,000 Kv instantaneously. Our "flat label pick" method enhances label registration, stops double picks, and reduces scrap of both processed product and printed film media on a daily basis. Standard equipment includes industrial PLC or PC based control packages. Touch-screen diagnostics / system monitoring / fault recording profiles, a multiple-axis linear motor power train, and machine interface to the molding machine. Options include parts retrieval / stacking, secondary processing, y-axis power train devices (pneumatic, servo or linear motor), and an internet service contract to assist you in trouble-shooting.
