	To manufacture products and get them to marketplace can be a grueling proposition. Our customers demand unique solutions to "their" needs, not an off-the-shelf retro-fit of a vanilla system. Sidewinder is the solution. Mounted to the opposite side of the molding machines' operator station, the robot bolts to the platen and tool profile, but the main frame and the system itself is ground level. This allows for accessibility for label changeovers, maintenance needs, and can have a positive effect on cycle times. The simplicity of the design allows for single-face or stack tooling alike, and flexible enough to encompass parts retrieval if so desired. Our "middle-of-the-road" price schedule for this IML robot can produce profitable results at higher volume needs. Main drive devices are pneumatic or servo powered with a choice of PLC packages for your control parameters. Options include said retrieval/stacking equipment, PC based controls with touch screen (diagnostic program), interfacing secondary processes, and a unique internet based "real-time" trouble-shooting/monitoring service contract.
