molding machine and mounted to either the fixed or clamp-side platen, this
apparatus will align to a standard bolt pattern configuration and
"pilot" to the mold. Even the most novice of mold technicians
can remove and assemble the machine in minutes, as well as maintain an accuracy
that is repeatable and easily interfaced to a new or older work cell. Any
axis can be powered
by
pneumatics or servo-drivers controlled by industry standard PLC's, giving the
end-user an easily maintained, cost-effective, and profitable device needed to
fill that "niche" market. The options are varied with such
examples as parts retrieval/stacking, shuttle-type cartridges, and touch screen
controls.
